5. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage Apnirman for a project, you agree to provide accurate site and ownership information, respond to approvals and decisions in a timely manner, and make payments as agreed in your project contract.

6. Intellectual Property

Design drawings, 3D visuals and architectural plans created by Apnirman remain the intellectual property of Apnirman until full payment is received and usage rights are formally transferred, as per the terms of your individual project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apnirman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on general information (including cost estimates) provided on it. Formal project liability is governed separately by individual client agreements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
